The Cambridge School's after-school program, The Ambassadors Club seeks to increase self-discipline, parental involvement, and academic performance for 45 students, ages 3-8. Please visit our website at www.cambridgechicago.com.
About Our Program
The Cambridge School was founded to provide an educational option for families who are living in mid-South Side communities with lower performing elementary schools, high crime, and gang activities.

Program Spotlight
Blackstone Bicycle Works (BBW) is the youth education program of the Experimental Station. BBW’s mission is to provide educational and recreational opportunities to local boys and girls (ages 9 and up) in the context of a retail community bike shop. Our year-round, summer, after-school and Saturday program offers participating youth training in bicycle safety, mechanics and repair, customer service, and entrepreneurial skills.
The Food Research and Action Council identifies afterschool programs as effective venues for improving nutrition, nutrition education and physical activity (Food Research and Action Council, 2006)
