The Blue Sky Employment Program provides homeless and at-risk youth with twelve weeks of paid, supportive employment at Blue Sky Bakery & Caf?. Youth gain valuable experience in cooking, baking, maintaining a sanitary work environment, delivering catering orders, customer service and cash-handling.
