Chicago Youth Development Program/Gonzo Soccer is a soccer and leadership academy founded in Chicago that provides girls ages 5-16 in underserved communities premier soccer training, academic assistance and valuable life skills that will foster their growth and empower them to reach their full potential as athletes and students. Gonzo Soccer removes the barriers to equal opportunities by providing a fun, safe environment in which to play, state of the art leadership curriculum, academic tutoring, ongoing interaction with engaging female role models, seminars for parents, field trips for the girls and their families to experience together, and connections to valuable scholarships that will further their soccer and academic careers.
