Program Description
New Horizons for Youth serves 250, impoverished children and youth, kindergarten through college, living in Chicago's South and West Sides through out-of-school-time tutoring, life management skills workshops, recreational activities, and counseling. Meals and snacks are provided as well as parent education services.
